Step 1
Cut the tofu into pieces.

Step 2
Peel the carrot, slice them. Remove the ends of the sugar peas. Slice the mushrooms.

Step 3
In a bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients to make the sauce. Mix well and set aside.

Step 4
In a saute pan, heat up some oil on medium low heat. Add tofu to pan fry until nicely golden around the edges, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5
Using the same pot, add some oil. Saute vegetables on high heat, about 2 minutes.

Step 6
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the pickled cabbage to saute for 1 minute.

Step 7
Return the tofu to the pan, add the sauce mixture and quickly saute.

Step 8
Finally, add green onion and red chili peppers. Ready to serve.
