Mix the kanten powder with sugar

Boil 500ml water, pour 250ml boiling water into a cup with the hibiscus flowers

Mix the other cup of boiling water with the kanten and sugar mixture

Mix together the hibiscus tea and the kanten solution

Step 7
Stir in the diced fruits

Step 8
Refrigerate until set. Ready to serve
