Healthy Shrimp and Tomato Udon

Different people have a different taste in breakfast. Some people felt the need to have a hot breakfast in the morning. Then you must try a bowl of udon! Add tomato, prawns, mushrooms and other ingredients, full of nutrients, also give your soup a fresh and sweet touch.

Step 1
Clean and slice the tomato. Shred the seaweed. Chop the green onion.

Step 2
Remove the shell and intestine of the shrimp.

Step 3
Slice the garlic. Cut the mushroom into 6 pieces. Clean and cut the choi sum in half.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp, tomato, mushroom and cook untl the tomato is tender. Season with white pepper.

Step 5
Add the chicken broth, miso and bring it to boil. Add the udon, choi sum and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Turn off the heat, sprinkle the seaweed. Cover the lid and cook let it sit for 3 minutes.

Step 7
Season with salt, transfer to the bowl. Sprinkle with green onion and ready to serve.
