SanSui Pan-fried Tofu

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Drain and cut the SanSui Pan-fried Tofu into pieces. Cut the corn into sections. Rinse and drain the assorted mushrooms. Peel and cut the daikon into pieces. Slice the narutomaki.

Step 2
Prepare the konbu and bonito soup. In a pot, add konbu and water. Soak for 1 hour.

Step 3
Bring to simmer on medium low heat. Remove the konbu, add bonito flakes and bring to boil.

Step 4
Remove the bonito flakes and season with some salt.

Step 5
Layer the hotpot: baby cabbages, daikon, corn, tofu assorted mushrooms, shirataki and Narutomaki. Ready to serve.
