Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.

Step 2
Tear the black fungus into small parts. Cut the carrot and lotus root into thick flower slices. Chop the celery and bell pepper into small pieces. Remove the strings from snow peas.

Step 3
Stir-fry the lotus root, carrot, celery, black fungus and snow peas. Add salt and KEWPIE MIX VEGETABLE SALAD DRESSING.

Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients into the same pan and stir-fry quickly. Mix in cornstarch water before removing from the heat.
