Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Brush to clean the skin of the potatoes. Place chopsticks under the potato and slice. Be careful not to cut to the bottom.

Step 2
Soak in salted water for 15 minutes. This can remove the starch, keeps the potatoes from sticking together and help seasoning.

Step 3
Drain the potatoes with kitchen paper.

Step 4
Season with salt, ground white pepper and black pepper.

Step 5
Add cream cheese, cheese, red onion and bell peppers.

Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes under 200°C until golden brown. Bake the remaining cheese, onion and bell peppers to make cheesy dipping sauce.
