Step 1
Knead the tofu and glutinous rice flour into a dough.

Step 2
Divide the dough to 3 parts. Add green tea powder and strawberry powder individually into 2 dough.

Step 3
Form the 3 dough into small balls.

Step 4
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the dango and cook until floated.

Step 5
Cool down in ice water. Skewer the dango. Serve with soy bean flour.
