Step 1
Beat the egg with mayonnaise, salt, white pepper, corn starch and some water, mix well

Step 2
Cut sliced ham into half

Step 3
In a pan, heat some oil on high heat. Pour egg mixture into the pan and cook until formed. Remove from the pan and let cool

Step 4
Cut egg pancake into half

Step 5
Fold one of the pancake. Cut small triangular from two sides and place them in the middle

Step 6
Roll it up

Step 7
Wrap the egg pancake up with ham, make it looks like a rose

Step 8
Use a toothpick to fix it. Ready to serve
