Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place the paper cups into the mold and set aside.

Step 2
Sieve and combine the cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, baking powder and cake flour. Set aside.

Step 3
In a bowl, add olive oil, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and whisk together.

Step 4
Add orange flavoured soft drink, flour mixture, carrot mash, raisins and mix well. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter and place into the paper cups.

Step 5
Place into the oven and bake for 25 minutes until the centre is completely cooked. Let cool.

Step 6
Blend the cream cheese, vanilla seed and powdered sugar with a blender until emulsified. Toss in chilled whipping cream. Add a few drops of orange colour food additive according to your preference. Spread on the cupcake with a small butter knife. Place into a refrigerator until set.

Step 7
Place the melted dark chocolate in the piping bag. Pipe it over a plastic mold and let it set in room temperature. Remove from the mold and place on the cupcake as garnish. Ready to serve.
