Recipe Details
As the king of jungle, lion got the meat tooth, so as Leo. This Dongbei Guo Bao Rou must fit their appetites. Pork wrapped by the golden brown color, just like the collar of lion, definitely can subdue Leo.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice pork loin into 2-3mm thick.

Step 2
Slice ginger, leek, carrot and cilantro.

Step 3
Mix sugar, salt, light soy sauce and vinegar for saucing.

Step 4
Mix egg white and corn starch water into a batter.

Step 5
Coat the pork loin slices with batter (not too thick).

Step 6
Heat the saucepan with oil, deep-fried the meat in medium heat, until the liquid glue it, and take it out from pan.

Step 7
Turn to high heat, put the meat back and deep-fry until it turns golden brown, take the meat out.

Step 8
Just leave bit oil on saucepan, stir-fry ginger, leek, carrot and cilantro.Add the meat and sauce, stir it well and serve it on a plate.
