Grilled Salmon Mango Quinoa Salad

Step 1
In a pot, place the quinoa and add water

In a pot, place the quinoa and add water

Step 3
Marinade salmon with salt and pepper, in a medium heat pan, fry Salmon both sides to golden brown for about 3 minutes each

Cut the red onion into small dice

Step 5
cut the mango into small dice

Step 6
Chopped the cilantro

Step 7
Cut the avocado in the middle, take out the seed and skin and cut into small dice

Step 8
In a mixing bowl, combine mango, onion and avocado. Season with salt and pepper, lime juice and zest. Mix well

Step 9
Combine the quinoa with the mango mixture, toss well

Step 10
Place some salad leaves on a serving plate, add quinoa salad and place grilled salmon on top then serve
