Green Tea with Red Bean Ice Cream Cake

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place one foil on the table and layer another foil half way on top on the bottom foil

Step 2
Then place a large plastic wrap on top of the foil, and lay the swiss roll on top

Step 3
Slowly open the swiss roll and lay another plastic wrap on top

Step 4
then use the rolling pin to flatten the cake

Step 5
Then evenly spread the red bean paste on the cake

Step 6
then scoop the ice cream layer by layer until it fill the cake, leave about 1” space on the each side

Step 7
Slowly fold the foil side way toward the middle

Step 8
make sure the foil is tight on top and as well as the side

Step 9
Place the roll cake in the freezer for up to 2 hours or until the ice cream is firm

Step 10
Cut into pieces then serve
