Green Tea Strawberry Swiss Roll

Step 1
Combine olive oil and honey.

Separate egg yolk and egg whites.

Step 3
Beat the egg yolk.Beat the egg whites with sugar until white and fluff

Step 4
Add the beaten egg yolk gradually to the egg white mixture. Mix well.

Add flour, olive oil and honey mixture, green tea powder, green food colorings. Mix again.

Step 6
Pour the batter into the baking tray. Flatten until smooth.

Step 7
Transfer the preheat oven (180 degree Celsius) to bake for 13 minutes. Remove and transfer to a fridge to cool completely.

Step 8
Prepare fillings. Combine the fresh cream and sugar to beat until stiff.

Step 9
Spread the filling on top of the sponge cake. Place strawberries on top. Roll it up. Slice and serve.
