Step 1
In a bowl, combine milk, sugar, and oil. Mix well

Add glutinous rice flour, rice flour, and wheat flour

Step 3
Then steam over boiling water on high heat for 20 minutes

Step 4
Allow the mooncake wrapping to cool for 10 minutes, add green tea powder and mix well

Step 5
Divide into equal parts

Step 6
Flatten each one

Step 7
Add a small spoonful of red bean paste in the center

Step 8
Then fold up the wrappings to form a dough ball

Step 9
Place the mooncake dough inside the mold and press down firming

Step 10
Keep the mooncakes cool and refrigerated until serve.
