Step 1
Halve the green grapes, dice the orange pulp and pineapple. Bring the water to boil. Add sugar and cook until melted.
Step 2
Gradually add gelatin powder and stir until melted. Add green grape juice, mix well and let cool.
Step 3
Add green grapes, orange pulp and pineapple into molds.
Step 4
Pour in gelatin mixture.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Remove from molds and ready to serve.
Step 6
Tips: Green grape juice can be replaced by white wine. You may also adjust the amount added according to your preference.
