Green Bean Noodles with Sliced Pork and Minced Garlic

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Thin slice the pork belly on a bias. Julienne the Japanese cucumbers. Mince the garlic and chop the red bird chilies. Set aside.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add lemon juice and pork belly. Cook the pork belly until done on medium low heat. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
Julienne the green bean noodles. Bring another pot of water to boil. Add green bean noodles and cook until done. Transfer to ice water and let cool. Drain and set aside.

Step 4
Mix together light soy sauce, water, black vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, chili sauce, garlic and red bird chilies.

Step 5
Layer green bean noodles, sliced pork and cucumbers on a plate. Drizzle the sauce over and ready to serve.
