Soak the green bean in water overnight

Cut the celery into medium sized pieces

Beat the egg white

In an electrical blender, combine green beans with celery with 300ml water

Blend until the paste is smooth

In a pot, add 300ml water and bring to a boil on high heat

Add the green bean celery paste. Mix well and bring to a boil

Next, add egg white and stir constantly

Season with salt to taste

Transfer to serving bowl
