Wash cucumber and cut into slices. Wash cherry tomato and cut into quarters. Wash bell peppers, seed it and remove all stems. Cut into pieces. Cut shallots into slices. Wash red kidney bean. Cut goat

Add mustard and red wine vinegar to a bowl. Stir well. Add olive oil slowly, keep stirring to let them mix well. Add and stir sunflower oil in the same way. Add salt and honey to season.
