Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place butter in the mixer. Beat on medium speed

Step 2
Add sugar and egg yolk. Beat again

Add the flour. Mix with spatula

Step 4
Wrap the dough with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 mins

Step 5
Add cream cheese into a mixer

Step 6
Add sugar to beat (on medium speed) until smooth

Step 7
Add butter, beat again

Step 8
Add condense milk and lemon juice. Mix well

Take the dough from the fridge. Roll into a flat round disc

Step 10
Remove the plastic wrap and place inside the baking tray

Step 11
Use fork to poke holes on the dough

Step 12
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated (170 degree Celsius) oven

Step 13
After crust is ready and cooled. Add the cream filling

Step 14
Peel the grapes and use for garnish

Step 15
Remove from the baking tray. Ready to serve
