Shredded coconut100 g
Corn starch3 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
White pepper1 tsp
Egg2 pc
Shrimp1 lb
Dipping sauce
Mayonnaise2 tbsp
hai sweet chili sauce1 tbsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
混合椰絲和麵包糠備用。將鹽和胡椒粉加入粟粉混合

Step 2
將蝦洗淨,然後去頭去殼至剩下尾巴,挑去蝦腸

Step 3
用維達廚紙將蝦印乾,先裹一層粟粉,然後沾上已打發的蛋液,再裹上一層椰 絲麵包糠

Step 4
煎鍋落油(分量大概覆蓋半個蝦身),用中火將蝦每面炸2分鐘或至金黃色後拿出, 放到維達廚紙上吸油,然後上碟

混合蛋黃醬和泰式辣醬作為點蝦沾醬食用
