Gluten free matcha cake is easy to make and suitable for everyone!

Step 1
Put white chocolate and butter in the bowl, use double boiling method to melt chocolate, add matcha powder and mix well.

Step 2
Whisk the eggs in the bowl, add the sugar, whisk until sugar melts, then add chocolate mixture and mix well.

Step 3
Add whipping cream and mix well, then sieve to a smooth mixture.

Step 4
Place the baking paper inside the cake mold, pour the cake mixture.

Step 5
Place the mold in the tray, preheated oven to 170 degrees, bake 40 minutes.

Step 6
Let it cool, put it in the refrigerator and then cut it into pieces.
