Step 1
Soak and rinse the sliced conch, dried figs and red dates. Set aside.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add ginger, conch and pork. Blanch the conch and pork for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Step 3
Bring ginseng, conch, pork, dried figs, red dates and some water to boil on medium heat.

Step 4
Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 2 hours.

Step 5
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
