Ginseng and Tiger Prawn Spaghetti in Cream Sauce

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil and add some salt. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Transfer into cold water to let cool. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Season the prawns with salt and black pepper.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil under medium high heat. Sear the prawns until golden brown on both sides and set aside.

Step 4
In the same pan, melt the butter.

Step 5
Add asparagus and stir-fry until soft.

Step 6
Add whipping cream, Canadian Ginseng Slices, Canadian Ginseng Powder, salt and black pepper.

Step 7
Stir well and cook until smooth.

Step 8
Add spaghetti, parmesan cheese and mix well. Transfer to a plate.

Step 9
Place the tiger prawns on top.

Ready to serve
