Step 1
Peel and slice the ginger

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add hot water with the rice flour and mix well

Step 3
Then add sugar, cold water and oil

Step 4
Knead until the dough is smooth

Step 5
Roll it into a small ball

Step 6
In a pot, add 500mL water and cook the ginger and sugar about 10 minutes

Step 7
In another pot, cook the rice ball in boiling water until floating

Step 8
Transfer to the ginger soup and cook for another 2 minutes
