Ginger Salmon with Rice

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place the rice in the pot, add water about 1cm above the rice, cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium high heat

Step 2
Cut the salmon into cubes

Step 3
Dice the carrot and cut the green pepper into pieces

Step 4
Marinate the salmon with Chinese cooking wine, salt, pepper and minced ginger for 15 minutes

Step 5
When the rice is almost done, add the salmon and cook for 6-7 minutes

Step 6
In a pan, add oil and cook the carrot and green pepper for 1-2 minutes

Step 7
Place it over the salmon rice

Step 8
Ready to serve
