Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the pork

Step 2
Minced the ginger

Step 3
Marinate the pork for 15 minutes then add the corn starch water to mix well

Step 4
Combine minced ginger with some water, then add soy sauce, salt, sake and sugar to mix well

Step 5
Add oil on a high heat, cook the pork about half way about 1-2 minutes

Step 6
Add some water and sauce mixture form step 3

Step 7
Cover the lid and cook until the sauce is thicken and the pork is fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes

Step 8
Ready to serve
