Step 1
Sieve the red sugar and flour

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites

Combine the egg yolks and red sugar in a mixing bowl.

Add corn oil, water and ginger juice, mix it to combine

Add the flour, and use spatula to mix until no lumps

In another bowl, beat the egg whites, then add about ½ teaspoon white vinegar, beat until it turns to form

Gradually add the remaining red sugar about 3 times, beat until in a peak status

Gradually add the remaining red sugar about 3 times, beat until in a peak status

Add the egg whites mixture into egg yolks mixture in 3 times

Step 11
Add the egg whites mixture into egg yolks mixture in 3 times

Step 12
Pour the mixture into the baking mold and place in the oven

Step 13
Preheat the oven at 160°C and bake it for 20 minutes

Step 14
Place the mold upside down, let cool then remove from the mold. Ready to serve
