Ginger and Onion Pork Liver

Step 1
Slice the garlic and red chili pepper

Slice the garlic and red chili pepper

Slice the leeks and ginger

Slice the pork liver

Step 5
Slice the pork liver, marinate with Chinese cooking wine, salt, sugar and dark soy sauce for 15 minutes. Add some thicken sauce

In another small bowl, combine Chinese cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, sugar, dark soy sauce and white vinegar and mix together

Step 7
In a pan, add oil on high heat, sauté the pork liver about half way for 2-3 minutes, drain and set aside

Step 8
In the same pan, add oil on high heat, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant about 30 seconds, add leek and red chili pepper stir for 1 minute

Then add the pork liver back and the sauce from step 3, mix well

Step 10
Add the corn starch eater

Step 11
Cook until the sauce is thicken

Ready to serve
