Garlic-Sauced Eggplant Box

Garlic-Sauced Eggplant is one of the famous dishes in China. It is flavored, soft and special. Both Chinese and Foreigners like it. People are used to mix it with rice and noodles. Spicy Garlic-Sauced Eggplant is also popular among Chinese.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Shred the eggplant.

Step 2
蒜切碎、姜切条、葱切段。

Step 3
Mix sugar, chili sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and vinegar to make the sauce.

Step 4
Heat the pan with oil and add green onion, ginger and garlic.

Step 5
Put shredded eggplant. Stir-fry and add salt. Stew it under low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Pour half amount of the sauce to pan and stir well.

Step 7
Mix cornstarch with another half of sauce then add to pan.

Step 8
Add some water. Until water is absorbed. Take the eggplant out and serve on plate.

Step 9
Cut mushroom into pieces.

Step 10
Boil water, add oil, salt and then vegetables. Blanch it for a while.

Step 11
Heat the pan with oil and add mushroom pieces. Add oyster sauce, salt, sugar, dark soy sauce and water.

Step 12
Cook under low heat for a while. Then take out and put the mushroom in the middle of vegetables.
