Garlic Herb and Butter Chicken Wings

Chicken wings marinade
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, marinate the chicken wings with egg white, Chinese cooking wine, corn starch, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Rough chop the rosemary and thyme.

Step 3
Mix it with the minced garlic.

Step 4
Dust the chicken wings with some corn starch.

Step 5
In a heated pan, add enough oil for frying. On medium heat, deep fry the chicken wings until golden brown.

Step 6
Place them on kitchen paper to soak up the excess grease.

Step 7
In a heated pan, melt the butter with some oil.

Step 8
Sauté the garlic herb until fragrant.

Step 9
Add the chicken wings back and toss well.

Step 10
Ready to serve.
