Garlic Clam with Spaghetti

Clam contains rich Vitamin B12, it helps produce red blood cell to keep nervous system healthy. I used two kinds of herbs for this cooking, it can take away the fishy smell on the shell fish, but it can increase the freshness. And the calories of herbs is low, even add a bit more, it will not affect the calories of the dish.

Step 1
Slice the garlic and mushrooms. Chop the red pepper, cilantro and basil.

Step 2
In a pot, bring water to boil and cook the spaghetti until soft, drain and rinse in cold water, set aside.

Step 3
Soak the calm in salt water for 30 minutes.

Step 4
In a non-stick pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant, add mushroom to cook. Add the clam, white wine and chili pepper. When the clams are open, add spaghetti until absorbs the liquid. Transfer to the plate, sprinkle with chili flake and serve.
