Place chicken and duck in a boiling water, add ginger and salt and cook for 5 minutes

Then put the chicken and duck in an ice bath, let it cool and drain the water and place in another bowl

Marinade the chicken and duck with the seasoning

cover and set inside the fridge overnight

Put foil over a baking sheet and brush with oil
