Slice the carrot and ginger

Slice the beef and marinade it for 20 minutes

Wash the Chinese kale and cut it into length. In the pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the Chinese kale for about 1 minute, and transfer to cold water and drain

In the pan, add oil on the medium high heat and sauté the beef until the beef change color then transfer to the plate

In another pan, add oil on the medium high heat, sauté the slice ginger until fragrant, then add the Chinese kale, and beef and stir for a minute, season with salt

Add about 50mL water, then add the carrot, stir well
