Recipe Details
Futo roll is one kind of the Japanese sushi. It is wide in diameter because we added several kinds of ingredients in it. In order to make it look nice, Japanese housewives made interesting pattern in the cross section of the futo roll. So it is also called as decorative sushi.

Step 1
Combine the cooked sushi rice, sugar, salt and rice vinegar.

Step 2
Slice the cucumber, egg roll, red leaf lettuce, daikon and avocado. Shell the sweet shrimp.

Step 3
Spread the sushi rice and place the sushi nori on top.

Step 4
Place the sliced cucumber, egg roll, red leaf lettuce, salmon, avocado, sweet shrimp and daikon on the rice.

Step 5
Roll it tightly. Roll on the tobiko and cut into sections.
