Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix the minced pork, oil, sugar and soy sauce.

Step 2
Soak the Chinese ham and dried scallop for half an hour.

Step 3
Soak and rinse the bamboo fungus, cordyceps flower, tricholoma, tea tree mushrooms. Then julienne the ingredients.

Step 4
Ready 1.5L water and bring to boil. Add the Chinese ham, dried scallop, bamboo fungus, cordyceps flower, tricholoma, tea tree mushrooms and mushroom. Use low heat and cook for 30-45 minutes.

Step 5
Add minced pork bit by bit. Use medium low heat and bring to boil.

Step 6
Add salt to season. Ready to serve.
