Fried Tofu Stuffed with Shrimp and Cheesy Kimchi

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the head and shell of the shrimp. Devein the shrimp and leave the tails on.

Step 2
Slightly cut the middle of one side of the fried tofu. Rough chop the kimchi.

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, mix together the kimchi and the cheese. Season with salt.

Step 4
Season the shrimp with salt and white pepper.

Step 5
Stuff the kimchi mixture inside the fried tofu then place the shrimp in the middle.

Step 6
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the tofu until the cheese is slightly melted and golden brown.

Step 7
Transfer to the baking pan and bake it for 13 minutes until golden brown.

Step 8
Sprinkle with salt and 7 spices. Ready to serve.
