Fresh mushroom2 pc

Combine all the sauce ingredient

Cut the tofu into 1-inch thick pieces

Step 4
Coat each piece with corn starch

Step 5
Deep fry the tofu until golden

Step 6
Next add carrots and mushrooms to saute for 2 minute

Return the fried tofu to the pot

Sprinkle with green onions
