Sauerkraut200 g
Bacon3 slice
Green onion2 strip
Frozen peas
Cooked rice1 bowl
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse, drain and chop the pickled mustard green. Slice the bacon and chop the green onion.

Step 2
Heat some oil on a pan. Add bacon and sear until golden brown on medium low heat.

Step 3
Add green onion and pickled mustard green. Stir-fry for 1 minute on medium heat. Add peas and rice.

Step 4
Stir until done. Add light soy sauce and stir well. Ready to serve.
