Step 1
Slice red pepper. Dice green onion. Slice the pork into pieces.
Step 2
Marinate the pork with dark soy sauce and black pepper.
Step 3
Heat up the pan and sauté the sliced red pepper. Add the pork and cook until color changed. Plate up and set aside.
Step 4
Stew ramen with same pan and remaining oil. Add dark soy sauce, salt, mirin and saute. Add the pork and stir-fry.
Step 5
Add the diced scallion and stir-fry.
Step 6
Evenly cut the Baguette in middle, do not cut off. Put the fried noodles into the baguette. Ready to serve.
