The Fried Ice cream is golden, crispy, and hot on the outside and soft, creamy, and cool inside - a very evil and delicious dessert!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut crusts off the toast and roll it thinly with a rolling pin

Step 2
Scoop the ice cream and put it in the middle of the toast

Step 3
Cover with another piece of toast and cut it with a round shaped cookie cutter.

Step 4
Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and take it out

Step 5
Dip in egg wash and breadcrumbs

Step 6
Deep fry in a 180° oil pan for 2 minutes and remove from the fryer

Step 7
Pipe some whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, decorate with cherries and mint leaves. Ready to serve.
