Prepare the fish fillet. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg

Cut the cod fillet into pieces and marinate with Chinese cooking wine, salt and white pepper for 15 minutes

Dip the fish in the egg wash and dredge it with the corn starch

In a pan, add enough for frying and deep fry the fish until golden brown on a medium high heat

Mix together the milk and the corn starch
