Fried Fish Maw Winter Melon Soup

Peel and dice the winter melon

Cut the softened fish maw into small pieces

Cut the fresh mushrooms into cubes

Dice the lean pork

Marinate the pork for 10 minutes

Soak the dried shrimp in water for 20 minutes

In a small mixing bowl, combine the water chestnut flour with water

Add sliced ginger and dried shrimps, saute quickly for 1 minute

Next, add fish maw, pork, winter melon and fresh mushroom

Saute a few times then add the Chinese cooking wine and water
