Step 1
Defrost canned crabmeat, then dry with Vinda Kitchen Towel.

Step 2
Fry the diced onion and crabmeat until aromatic, mix in with other ingredients.

Step 3
Shape the crabmeat mixture into balls, cover the balls with all-purpose flour.

Step 4
Coat the crab balls in egg mixture and bread crumbs.

Step 5
Repeat step 4.

Step 6
Heat oil in medium heat and fry the crab balls for 15 secs, then turn off the heat and deep fry for another 2 minutes, take the crab balls out and place on Vinda Kitchen Towel.

Step 7
Bring the oil to boil, then put in the crab balls, fry until golden brown.

Step 8
Take out the crab balls, use Vinda Kitchen Towel to absorb extra oil, the ready to serve.
