This is a very popular Chinese snacks in North of China, usually people use potatoes or sweet potatoes to make this dish. However, it also tastes good when we combine fruits with malt sugar, here banana also could be changed into other fruits.

Coarsely cut the banana into medium-sized pieces

Step 3
Separate the egg white

Step 4
Mix with corn starch

Step 5
Add corn starch to a plate

Step 6
Add bananas to cover with corn starch

Step 7
Prepare a pot of oil

Step 8
Dip the coated bananas into the egg white mixture

Step 9
Then deep fry the bananas

Step 10
Until golden

Step 11
Add sugar to cook until fully melted

Then add the bananas into the sugar mixture

Step 13
Transfer to plate to serve while it’s warm.
