Fried Angel Hair Wrapped Prawns with Sweet Chili Mayo

Sweet Chili Lime Mayo Ingredients

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, lime juice, lime zest and set aside.

Step 2
Devein and shell the prawns. Remove the heads and leave the tails on. Season with salt and black pepper.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the San Remo Angel Hair until al dente.

Transfer to cold water to let cool.

Drain and set aside.

Wrap the prawns with the San Remo Angel Hair.

Slightly dust with some all-purpose flour.

In a pot, add enough oil for deep fry. Deep fry the prawns until golden brown.
