Step 1
Preheat the oven to 185ºC. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

Add the chilled butter and mix until crumble

Add the strawberries and mix until it coat with the flour mixture

Step 4
In another bowl, whisk together the egg and whipping cream. Gradually add into the flour mixture and gently mix until form into dough

Transfer the dough on the baking tray with parchment paper

Step 6
Sprinkle with some flour and cut the dough into wedges

Step 7
Brush the whipping cream over the dough

Step 8
Place in the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes

Step 9
Transfer to the cooling rack and let cool for another 20 minutes

Step 10
In a bowl, whisk together the icing sugar and lemon juice and drizzle on top of the scone
