Fresh prawns avocado salad

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Wash and peel off the prawns, slightly cut the cut remove the black line. Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.

Step 2
Prepare marinating seasoning. Pour olive oil, chopped ginger and garlic, chili powder and cumin powder into a bowl; add in salt and white pepper.

Step 3
Dry up all the prawns with kitchen paper. Marinate prawns with the seasoning and cover it with a piece of food wrap. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Take out the prawns from the fridge. Heat a pan; pour the prawns together with all seasoning into the pan. Stir fry with medium heat for 5 minutes still the back is bloomed and reddish color appear in

Peel and pit the avocado, chop it into pieces. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Wash and randomly tear the lettuce.

Step 6
Mix avocado, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, salt and sugar together well.

Step 7
Heat the pan and stir fry the white sesames, fry it till golden. Leave them to cool down.

Step 8
Reserve 2-3 fried prawns in whole, chop the others in pieces, and mix them into the vegetables. Add in stir-fried sesames. Pour in half of the marinating seasoning; add in juice of a quarter of lemon.
