Peel and shred the radish

Bring a pot of water to a boil on high heat, add oysters to blanch for 2 minutes

Drain completely dry

In a saute pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add minced ginger and garlic, chopped green onions

Add raddish to sauté for 2 minutes

Add chicken broth and water, bring to a boil on high heat for 5 minutes

Add vermicelli and oysters, simmer for 3 minutes

Add sesame oil, slat, and white pepper. Mix well

Transfer to serving bowls. Top with chopped green onions. Ready to serve
