Step 1
Soak the clams in salt water for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Soak the vermicelli until soft. Mince the garlic. Cut the green onion into sections. Peel and cut the luffa into pieces.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add luffa, sake and sauté until fragrant. Add hot water and bring to boil.

Step 5
Add clams and cook until they open.

Step 6
Add vermicelli, green onion and cook for a while. Season with salt and ready to serve.
