French Sautéed Chicken in a Tray
Recipe Details
Sam, one of the founder local creative brand Fluffy House, builds up a sweet home with his wife Silvia. Silvia loves to cook with creative ideas and combining various cuisines together. She named it as “Tray cuisine”. The combinations can be the mix and match of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Italian and French food.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the chicken pieces

Step 2
Put the tray on the cooking stove and turn on the heat. Add butter and olive oil

Step 3
When the butter almost melted, add chicken pieces and sauté 5 minutes for each side until golden brown

Step 4
Season with salt

Step 5
Cover with tin foil

Step 6
Keep sautéing after remove the tin foil and flip it over. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the tray and keep the sauce inside the tray

Step 7
Wet the baking paper and wrap up the bread. Sprinkle olive oil and thyme on the bread

Step 8
Bake it for 10 minutes

Step 9
Chop the shallot

Step 10
Slice the mushroom

Step 11
Add shallot and mushroom in the tray and sauté for a while

Step 12
Add white wine and chicken broth to cook the sauce

Step 13
Add the chicken and cook for a while

Step 14
13. Add the salad leaves and tomato on top of the chicken

Step 15
Place the bread on the tray and serve
